Ever since I was a small child, I’ve listened deeply to the calls of Earth and all her elemental beings. As I became older, I found it tougher to remain connected to Spirit as I tried my best to conform to social norms and make a life for myself in America.

In 2015, I began the journey of healing and coming back home to myself. Today, I guide others towards discovering their authenticity and unearthing the magic they came into this world with. It is my deepest honor, to be of service to our collective remembering.

Life Experience

I am a native of the Pacific Northwest, and grew up in the suburbs outside of Portland, Oregon. Today, I reside on the island of O’ahu in Hawai’i. My ancestors include tribal members of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Native Americans in Belcourt, North Dakota. Amongst them was my paternal grandfather who survived the residential boarding school system.

My ancestors in my maternal line include Carl Rogers, an American psychologist who was a founder of Humanistic Psychology. And Mary Newbury Adams, a major contributor to the Women’s Suffrage Movement. I honor these ancestral connections for the ways they influence my life and work today.

My personal healing journey began when I was 22 years old and started traveling across the world, learning about the cultures of the places I’d visit such as Thailand, Hawai’i, Mexico and Guatemala. I was living in what eco-psychologist Bill Plotkin would call my ‘Wadering’ era, a time when one must leave behind the comforts of home and its associated identity, and apprentice to the mysteries of nature and psyche.

Prior to this time of Wandering, I attended Oregon State University and in 2014, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My core focus of study included Women, Gender and Sexuality. I interned at the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence and volunteered on campus as an Educator of Sexual Violence Prevention. My passion for these topics carries into the work I do and offer today. Recovering from sexual trauma is a path I have walked through personally, and now served in for over a decade.

My years post college have been filled with continual study of spiritual discipline and healing practices, as well as consistent mentorship. Here’s where I have been since then:

  • Apprenticeship with Two-Spirit Shamanic Healing in Portland, Oregon (2017-19)

  • 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala (Fall 2017)

  • 13 Temples Modern Mystery School Online and in Hawai’i (2020)

  • 9-Month Global Ceremony and Rites of Passage Training Online (2021)

  • 2 Levels of Spiritual Healing Training from the Arvigo Institute Online (2021-22)

  • 9-Month Somatic Soul-Based Trauma Training Online (2021-22)

  • La’au lapa’au (Hawaiian Plant Medicine) with a cultural practitioner (Present)

In 2020 in response to the pandemic, I began holding ceremonies and group healing programs online. The following is a list of programs and classes I have offered:

  • Meet Your Medicine a 4-Month Healing and Mentorship Program & Retreat

My offerings are always crafted with the intention of guiding you deeper into an embodiment of, and conscious connection with your own innate Truth.

Whispering softly
She sings to her well
Of fragmented pieces
Lost within Self
Saying come home,
Come home to me now.
